ibex. agent: A Convenient App for Ibex Employees
ibex. agent is a mobile application specifically designed for active agents of Ibex. This free app allows employees to stay connected with Ibex on the go, providing them with easy access to various features and functionalities. With ibex. agent, agents can conveniently manage their schedules, view their payslips, and apply for full or half-day callouts. The app also allows users to stay updated on upcoming holidays and check their Quartz summary and punches.
Additionally, ibex. agent provides agents with access to their scorecard KPIs and internal job postings specific to their region. The app enables users to receive important notifications from the business and application notifications from Quartz and BPO. In case of any IT-related issues, employees can report them through the app's in-app support tickets feature.
It's important to note that the ibex. agent app is exclusively for active agents of Ibex and will not work on jailbroken or rooted devices. The download and use of the app are not mandated by the conditions of employment, and it is considered strictly voluntary and at the user's own risk.
