The app also allows users to stay updated on upcoming holidays and check their Quartz summary and punches.
Additionally, ibex. agent provides agents with access to their scorecard KPIs and internal job postings specific to their region. The app enables users to receive important notifications from the business and application notifications from Quartz and BPO. In case of any IT-related issues, employees can report them through the app's in-app support tickets feature.
